Ataniro, a 45-year old singer and artist from Aruba. He was born Janiro Eisden on April 1st, 1975, and hails from San Nicolas, the town on the southeastern tip. He gained fame as the lead singer of the local group Basic One, and their songs are mostly sung in Papiamento, a creole language that is the predominant language on Aruba. As a solo artist, Ataniro has worked with a long list of regional artists, including Jeon, Chris Strick or Buleria Official.
